LINEARIZED TRIGONOMETRY

A graphing window shows a right triangle with red hypotenuse of length \(1\), green adjacent side of length \(a\), and cyan opposite side of length \(b\). The angle \(\theta\) is marked in yellow. A slider under the window controls the slope \(m = \frac{b}{a}\). Colored readouts display values of \(m, \theta, a,\) and \(b\). Checkboxes select display of the first four terms of the Maclaurin series for \(a, b,\) or \(\theta\), in terms of \(m\).
