Select a function \(f(x)\) from the pulldown menu at lower left. Its graph is displayed in cyan in the central window. Rolling over the window creates a readout of the \(x\) and \(y\) coordinates of the cursor. The portion of the plane displayed by the window can be selected by a click and drag, and by means of the zoom slider below the window.
A point on the graph is selected using the slider below the window and displayed in yellow. The [Show tangent line] key toggles display of the tangent line at the selected point, also in yellow.
The [Center tangent point] key moves the selected point to the center of the graphing window.
